3: Saga of Star World (Deleted Scenes)
These are the deleted scenes for Saga of Star World. The Cylon Empire tricks the Twelve Colonies into believing they are striving for peace. Then they ambush the unprepared colonies and destroy the military's Battlestar fleet. One surviving Battlestar, the Galactica, under the command of Commander Adama, gathers the remaining humans and leads them in the search for the legendary 13th colony called Earth. When the fleet stops at the planet Carillon to refuel and pick up supplies, a newly-elected member of the Council seizes power from Commander Adama. Boomer and Starbuck check out a shady casino resort on the planet. While most of the crew members from Galactica enjoy themselves in the casino, Apollo and Starbuck discover a dark secret in the mines below.

Revisits NBC Universal Studio Post on the remastering of Battlestar Galactica, making a widescreen version and breathing new life into the TV show. These are deleted scenes for Lost Planet of the Gods. Apollo and Starbuck discover a void in space. Commander Adama is convinced that this void will lead them to the planet Kobol, and orders they go through. While Commander Adama leads the rag-tag fleet of ships to the planet Kobol, where he hopes to find clues of Earth's location, the Viper pilots contract a disease, making it necessary for the women to take on fighter patrol duties. But the traitor Baltar leads the Cylons in an attack on the Galactica.

2: Mission Galactica: The Cylon Attack
The Battlestar Galactica encounters the Battlestar Pegasus, which they thought to be destroyed. The Pegasus is commanded by one of their most celebrated warriors, Commander Cain. Cain is a strategic genius, but is bent on destroying the Cylons while Adama is happy to acquire fuel and escape, thus keeping his fleet alive to find Earth. When Cain sabotages a mission to obtain fuel, the Galactica and Pegasus are forced to attack a Cylon Base World and three Baseships. While the Galactica stays on to attack the planet, the Pegasus leaves to engage the Baseships (against orders). After the battle, the Pegasus just keeps on going into deep space and is never heard from again. The Galactica gets the fuel they need and the fleet continues its journey, looking for Earth.
