1: Horse Drag; Rat Pit; Slippery-Car Crawl
Stunt #1: Horse Drag Contestants would have to hold on to a rope being dragged behind two horses. They would be dragged 100 yards down a muddy course on their stomachs going 35 miles per hour. The two men and the two women who went the furthest before letting go would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Contestants who crossed the finish line would automatically advance. Stunt #2: Rat Pit Contestants would have to lie in a pit and be covered with 400 rats. Everyone who stayed in the rat pit for 4 minutes would advance to the next round. Stunt #3: Slippery-Car Crawl Contestants would have to climb out on a car suspended 150 feet in the air. They would have to remove a flag from the front of the hood, and then retrieve a key from trunk. They would then have to climb back inside the car, insert the key in the ignition, and honk the horn. 2: Truck Jump; Worm Coffin; Catapult
Stunt #1: Truck Jump As two semi trucks drove side by side at over 40 miles per hour, contestants would have to jump the 7-foot gap between the two trailers. Contestants who landed on the second truck trailer without using their hands to pull themselves up would advance to the next round. Stunt #2: Worm Coffin Contestants would have to lie in a glass box and be covered with over 300,000 super worms. It was possible that they would also have to eat some worms. They would to have stick their hands in a bowl of super worms and draw from pieces of paper numbered 0, 1, and 5. The number they drew would represent the number of worms they would have to eat before getting in the coffin. Contestants who ate their designated number of worms and stayed in the coffin for four minutes would advance to the finals. 3: Jet Ski Leap; Beetle Bowl; Rope Crawl
Stunt #1: Jet Ski Leap Contestants would be riding on the back of a jet ski as a helicopter flew overhead. They would have to grab on to the helicopter skit and use the cargo netting to climb into the helicopter. Contestants who completed this stunt would advance to the next round. Stunt #2: Beetle Bowl Contestants would bowl one frame and knock down as many pins as possible. The number of pins left standing would represent the number of live beetles they would have to eat. Everyone who ate their beetles in the time limit (30 seconds per beetle) would advance to the next round. Stunt #3: Rope Crawl Contestants would have to crawl on their bellies across a 60-foot tightrope stretching between two rooftops over 100 feet high. If they flipped to the underside of the rope, two minutes would be added on to their time. The contestant to get from one end of the rope to the other in the fastest time would win the $50,000.

4: Net Jump; Wormtinis; Tunnel Crawl
Stunt #1: Net Jump Contestants would have to climb to the top of a 110 foot tower and then jump twice their body length to a cargo net hanging across from the tower. Contestants who were able to hang on to the net for 5 seconds would advance to the next round. Stunt #2: Wormtinis Contestants would have to eat five earthworms and one super worm in a martini glass. Contestants who were able to do this in 4 minutes would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Tunnel Crawl Contestants would have to crawl through a pitch-black drainage system. The first pipe led to a wet and slimy culvert connected to several other pipes, but only one pipe besides the entry pipe did not have a dead end. The tunnel was rigged with infrared cameras so viewers could see the contestants in the dark tunnels. The contestant to reach the end of the exit tunnel fastest would win the $50,000.

5: Dog Attack; Snake Pit; Beam Walk
Stunt #1: Dog Attack Contestants would have to fire a starter's pistol and run to a finish line in a padded suit. After they fired the pistol, a trained attack dog would attempt to take them down. They would have a minute to cross the finish line. In the event that not everyone completed the stunt, the four contestants to get closest to the finish line would advance to the next round. Stunt #2: Snake Pit Contestants would have to lie in a pit and be covered with 24 snakes, including a 16-foot boa constrictor. Everyone who stayed in the pit for three minutes would advance to the finals. If anyone was bit, they would automatically advance. Stunt #3: Beam Walk Contestants would have to walk across a 6½-inch wide balance beam over 100 feet high, retrieve a flag, walk back across, and plant the flag. The contestant to do this the fastest would win the $50,000.

6: Sub Dive; Cricket Crunch; Speed Drop
Stunt #1: Sub Dive Contestants would have to dive into 55 degree water, swim 7 feet down, and retrieve glow sticks from the underside of the sub. The two men and the two women to collect the most glow sticks on one breath would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Cricket Crunch Contestants would each have to throw a dart at a dartboard with numbers ranging from 1 to 8. They were not told until afterward that the number they hit would represent the amount of live crickets they would have to eat. Everyone who ate their designated number of crickets within the time limit (one minute per cricket) would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Speed Drop Contestants would be hung by their ankles over 130 feet high and dropped down a zip line at 60 miles per hour. As they went over a large target, they would have to drop a beanbag. The contestant whose beanbag landed closest to the bull's-eye would win the $50,000.

7: Hotel Jump; Sheep's Eyes; Water Tank
Stunt #1: Hotel Jump Contestants would have to climb out of a 12th floor hotel window and hang from a trapeze bar. They would then have to let go and plummet 120 feet to the ground with only a small cable to keep them from hitting the concrete. Everyone who did this would advance to the next round. Stunt #2: Sheep's Eyes Contestants would each have to eat 3 sheep eyeballs. Everyone who did this in the three-minute time limit would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Water Tank Contestants would be hung upside-down and lowered into a tank of water. The contestant who could hold their breath the longest in the tank would win the $50,000.

8: Wrecking Ball; Testicles; Baby Rescue
Stunt #1: Wrecking Ball Contestants would be harnessed to a crane and lifted over 120 feet in the air. They would have one minute to pull a rip cor. This would send them swinging toward the ground and smashing through a wooden wall at 50 miles per hour. After going through the wall, they would have to drop a beanbag onto a large target. The four contestants to get their beanbags closest to the bull's eye would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Testicles Contestants would each have to eat two boiled buffalo testicles. Everyone who ate the two testicles in four minutes would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Baby Rescue Contestants would be seated in a car and submerged underwater. When a red light came on, they would have to retrieve a fake baby from the back seat, escape through front driver side window, and get the baby to a bassinet on the side of the pool. During the stunt, contestants could get air from an air pocket in the back seat.

9: Trapeze; Pig Feast; Traverse
Stunt #1: Trapeze Contestants would have to use specially placed handholds to climb to the top of a 35-foot telephone pole. Once on top, they would have to jump 1½ times their body length, grab a trapeze, and hang on for 5 seconds. Everyone who completed this stunt within 15 minutes would advance to the next round. Stunt #2: Pig Feast Contestants would each have to select a fortune cookie which contained a strip of paper with a pig part written on it. The part written on the paper would be the pig part they would have to eat. The parts were liver, kidney, heart, ear, tongue, and snout. Everyone who ate their pig part in 4 minutes would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Traverse As a semi truck drove down a highway at 45 miles per hour, contestants would have to climb across the side of the trailer using specially placed handholds. When they got to the end, they would have to climb up on top of the truck. The contestant to do this the fastest would win the $50,000.

This episode featured six celebrity contestants competing for charity. The winner would receive $50,000 for their charity, and the others would receive $25,000 for their charities. Stunt #1: Bus Surfing As a double-decker bus swerved through a deserted city street, contestants would have to maneuver around atop the bus and collect flags from the edges of the roof. Flags that contestants grabbed while on their knees would not count. The two men and the two women to collect the most flags would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Torture Cell Contestants would have to stick their heads in a Plexiglas box with hundreds of super worms, 40 millipedes, and 20 emperor scorpions. Stunt #1: Airplane Walk Contestants would have to climb out on the wing of a bi-plane as it flew at 100 miles per hour and over 4,000 feet above the ground. They would have to release a flag at the end of the wing and return to the cockpit. The two men and the two women to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Snake Face-off Contestants would have to bob for plums in a tank containing 50 water snakes and a constrictor snake. The three contestants to retrieve the most plums in two minutes would advance the finals. The slowest person would be eliminated. Stunt #3: Car Launch Contestants would have to crash a car through a guard rail and launch it off the third level of a parking garage. The car would land in a large pile of boxes. The contestant who could launch their car the furthest distance would win the $50,000.

Stunt #1: Bull Riding Contestants would each have to ride a 2,000 pound bull. The two men and the two women who stayed on their bulls the longest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Eat Brains Contestants would have to play a Fear Factor Poker game to determine the amount of cow brain they would have to eat. They would be dealt four cards with possible values of 0, ¼, ½, and ¾. They would have one opportunity to trade in the cards of their choice for new cards. After exchanging their cards, their total would be added up. Everyone who ate their designated amount of cow brain within the time limit (one minute for every ¼ brain) would advance the finals. Stunt #1: Boat Jump As two ultra boats raced down a lake at 40 miles per hour, contestants would have to jump the gap between them that was approximately 7 feet wide and land on the second boat. Contestants who jumped from boat to boat successfully would advance to the next round. Stunt #2: Swimming with the Fishes Contestants would have three minutes to swim around in a tank containing 10 tons of dead squid, retrieve 5-pound weights, and hang them on a hook overhead. The contestant to retrieve the least weights would be eliminated. Stunt #3: Flag Snag Contestants would have to shimmy out to the end of horizontal pole jutting from a rooftop 20 stories high. They would have to grab a flag, bring it back to the rooftop, clip the flag on a pole, and raise it. The contestant to complete this stunt the fastest would win the $50,000.

5: Helicopter Fire Drill; Eat Rectum; Ledge Walk
Stunt 1: Helicopter Fire Drill Players will have to climb out one side of the helicopter as it hovered twenty-five feet above the cold water, then traverse underneath the helicopter using a cargo net fastened to the runners. Only after they hoisted themselves back inside on the other side of the helicopter would their time complete. The two players (one male, one female) with the lowest times would be eliminated. Stunt 2: Eat Rectum Each player's first two shots to hit the target (with numbers zero through two) would determine their score. Their score would determine the number of pig rectums - or bungs - they would have to eat! They would have four minutes to eat each bung. Stunt 3: Ledge Walk After climbing out an eleven-story window, players had to walk 110-feet along a narrow ledge filled with obstacles (i.e.: plants, fake birds, buckets etc). Whoever make it to the fire escape in the quickest time would win.

This Super Bowl Halftime episode featured six Playboy Playmates. Stunt #1 (Tightrope) The ladies would have to walk a tight rope stretching between two rooftops 10 stories high. As they crossed the rope, they would be able to use hanging ropes for support. The four ladies to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Strawberries and flies) The ladies would have to stick their heads into box with strawberries hanging from the top. They would also be sharing the box with hundreds of flies. The three ladies to eat the most strawberries in two minutes would advance to the finals. Anyone who ate all the strawberries would automatically advance. Stunt #3 (Trapped Under Ice) In a pool covered with a layer of Plexiglas, the ladies would have to enter through a hole in the surface and swim down through holes in two more layers of plastic to retrieve glow sticks. Stunt #2: Bobbing in Wax Worms Contestants would have to retrieve up to 20 chicken feet from a box of 25,000 wax worms using only their mouths. 8: Helicopter Climb; Blender of Fear; Pole Hopper (WWF Edition)
Stunt 1: Helicopter Climb Each player would hang from the bottom rung of that ladder and as the helicopter spun above the cold Pacific Ocean, they would have to climb up and into the "bird". The four players with the best times would advance. Stunt 2: Blender of Fear A simple game of craps was the key of this stunt. Each player would roll three dices, which were labeled with ingredients to be included in a FEAR FACTOR protein shake. Using a base mixture of pig brains, additional ingredients including pig intestine, durian (a pungent fruit), animal fat, rooster testes, cow eyes, veal brain, spleen, cod liver oil, bile and fish sauce. Stunt 3: Pole Hopper Players faced six telephone poles positioned in a line by height. Attached to the shortest pole (which still towered into the sky) were three flags. Stunt #1: Vertical Gauntlet Contestants would have to cross 12-inch wide support beams between two 14-story buildings, climbing rope ladders to get from one beam to the next. On each beam, with the exception of the first, they would have to navigate an obstacle. The second beam had a truss that they would have to crawl underneath, the third beam had a see-saw that they would have to get across, the fourth beam had a punching bag that they would have to get around, and the fifth and highest beam had road cones on it. Stunt #2: Uterus Skeeball Contestants would have to roll a skeeball on a table with holes numbered 1 through 6 to determine the number of pig uteruses they would have to eat. This special episode featured four contestants on Spring Break in Cancun competing for 50,000 pesos (around $5,000 in American dollars). Stunt #1 (Squid jacuzzi) Contestants would have to climb into a jacuzzi full of dead squid, remove their bathing suit bottoms, find another bathing suit bottom somewhere in the jacuzzi, and put it on. The three contestants to do this the fastest would advance to the next round. The slowest contestant would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Blender of Fear) Contestants would have to drink Fear Factor shakes made from various blended gross food items. The two contestants to finish their shakes the fastest would advance to the final round, the slowest contestant would be eliminated. Stunt #1: Tunnel Swim Contestants would have to swim though an underwater tunnel that was 80 feet long. Along the way, there were four air pockets. The two men and the two women to get through the tunnel the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Eat Balut Contestants would have to eat two balut eggs, which are soft boiled eggs with an underdeveloped duck embryo inside. Everyone who ate their two balut eggs in three minutes would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Bike Plank Contestants would have to ride a bike across a 12-inch wide balance beam suspended between two rooftops over 120 feet high. The contestant to get across the beam the fastest or get the furthest before falling would win the $50,000.

Stunt #1: Helicopter Jump Contestants would be riding in a helicopter as if flew 25 feet above a lake. As the helicopter flew over an island of boxes, they would have to jump out and try to land on the boxes. Contestants who hit any part of the boxes would advance to the next round. Anyone who missed the boxes entirely would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Tarantula Torture Cell Contestants would each have to stick their head into a box of 50 tarantulas. Everyone who stayed in the box for three minutes would advance to the next round. Stunt #3: Water Tube Contestants would have to lie in a Plexiglas tube as it filled with water. 15: Public Nudity; Eat Roaches; Chain Submerge
Stunt 1: Public Nudity Contestants would be required to strip down to their birthday suits, parade along the runway for one minute, then stand with their hands on their hips for two minutes at the end of the runway atop a turning pedestal. Stunt 2: Eat Roaches Fear Factor shuffleboard was on the agenda as players would have one chance to push the shuffleboard disk into the scoring area. Whatever number the disk landed on (ranging 0 to 5) would be the number of live, Madagascar hissing cockroaches they would have to eat. They also recieved a warring: the roaches' hard shells and spiny legs could damage the players' windpipes, so chewing was the key. They will have one minute per roach to complete the stunt. 16: Sky Surfing; Fear Factor Billards; Container Jump (Twins Edition)
Stunt 1: Sky Surfing The first stunt reqiured the twins to work as teams. The siblings would stand on a platform suspended 100-feet above the crashing sea below. As the platform teeter-tottered up and down, the twins had to gather as many flags as possible from the surrounding edges of the platform. Balance, timing and teamwork were crucial as one team would definitely be eliminated due to either lowest time or least number of flags. Stunt 2: Fear Factor Billards Instead of working as teams, the twins were playing against each other as individuals. Standing in front a billards table, four pool balls rested on the green felt, each with a different symbol: an egg, an ant, a squid and a chilli pepper. Each symbol represented an item players would have to eat. Players would get five shots (including the "break") to sink the four balls. Whichever balls remained would determine what the players ate. Stunt #1: Roof to Roof Jump Contestants would have to jump from a rooftop 10 stories high and clear 16-foot gap in order to land on a lower rooftop. Contestants who successfully jumped to the second rooftop would advance to the next round. Stunt #2: Fear Factor Spaghetti Contestants would have to use their faces to dig through a plate of night crawlers and find 5 coagulated blood balls wrapped in pig intestine. Everyone who ate their 5 coagulated blood balls in four minutes would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Submerged Fuselage Contestants would be strapped into the font seat of a fuselage, submerged underwater, and flipped upside-down. 18: Jet Climb; Inverted Fall (Championship Edition - Part 1)
This was part one of a two-part Championship edition. In Part 1 of the Fear Factor Tournament of Champions, the 13 players who had won before on Fear Factor during the second season competed again to compete for the Fear Factor Championship and $100,000 prize. There are five stunts. The men and women will compete separately until the last stunt. Stunt 1 (Men): Jet Climb The first stunt for the men would required stamina, strength and good ab muscles. Two at a time the players would be hoisted by their ankles, over 100 feet in the air. Four boxes would be strapped to their bodies, form their chests to their ankles. Each box contains a key to open the next box. Working from their chests down, players must unlock each box in order - finally releasing a FEAR FACTOR flag from the final box. 19: Swim with Gators; Buffet; Tanker Truck (Championship Edition - Part 2)
This was the 90-minute finale of a two-part Championship edition. The remaining nine players will battle it out in the final stunts and compete for a grand prize of $100,000. Stunt 2 (Women): Swim with Gators Inside a giant-sized fish tank, several alligators dropped into the water. The gators had razor-sharp teeth and lethal claws. The women would have to slide carefully into the tank and retrieve three poles from the bottom. One at a time they would have to place the poles on a rack alongside the tank. The two women that completed the stunt the fastest would move on to the final round. This episode featured six celebrity contestants competing for charity. The winner would receive $50,000 for their charity, and the others would receive $10,000 for their charities. Stunt #1: Big Foot Contestants would be sitting in a car at the end of a line of junkyard cars. As a monster truck drove over the line of cars, contestants would have to find which of six keys started the car and drive over a finish line. If their car was crushed by the monster truck, they could still continue if the car would start. The two men and the two women to cross the finish line the fastest would advance to the next round. Stunt #2: Fish Dinner Contestants would have to reach deep inside a dead 15-pound cod fish and pull out a numbered chip. The other two would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Get the Gator The ladies would have to make their way through an obstacle course in a swamp to find three keys. There would be a key on each obstacle. They would have to make their way over 6 buoys, jump over a boat, climb a tree, and drop back into the water. Stunt #1 (Sliding floor transfer) Both members of each couple would be standing on a platform high above the ground. As the two platforms making up the floor slid further and further apart, both players would have to jump the gap, transferring flags from side to side. The couple to transfer the highest total of flags before both falling would win a pair of fully loaded 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokees. Stunt #1 (Semi truck bike plank) Players would start out on top of a semi truck driving down a highway, walk to the middle of a balance beam jutting off the back, release a flag, and return to the starting point. The player would then have to get on a bike and ride it across the beam to the trailer of a second truck. The player to complete this stunt the fastest would $10,000. This four-stunt episode featured four sets of twins competing as teams. Stunt #1 (Helicopter to speedboat) One twin would be hanging by a harness from a helicopter while their partner would be inside the helicopter. As the helicopter flew over a buoy, the person in the helicopter would have to pull a rip cord and drop their twin into the water. When the helicopter flew over a second buoy, the second twin would also have to jump out. Both twins would have to retrieve a flag from their respective buoys and swim to an ultra boat. Once they were both on board, the boat would speed past a floating platform. Both twins would have to jump off, swim to the platform, and attach their flags. They would have move up and down to move the rope over a file on top of the wall in order to break the rope in half. They would then have drop into the water and swim to a pair of jet skis which would drag them to a helicopter. This episode featured four co-ed pairs competing for keys to an armored car containing $1 Million in gold. In addition to the money, the winning team would also win a trip to Universal Studios Orlando. Stunt #1 (Helicopter cargo net) As a helicopter flew 400 feet above a lake at 90 miles per hour, the men would have to climb out onto a cargo net hanging off the back, collect four flags from the net, climb back up into the helicopter, and collect a final flag. The women would then have to do the same. The three teams to get the highest total of flags in the fastest time would receive a key for the armored car. The team to get the least flags would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Tunnel Escape) While chained together, partners would have to make their way through a ventilation system. While crawling through the shafts, they would have to make their way through rats, spider webs with tarantulas, raw sewage, and complete darkness. At two points in the tunnel they would have to pull levers to extinguish fires blocking their paths. The two teams to complete this stunt fastest would earn their second keys and advance to the finals. The slowest team would be eliminated. Stunt #3 (Underwater heist) After receiving their third keys, teams would compete head-to-head removing $12,500 gold bricks and $100 gold coins from the submerged armored car. The men would have to open the door to the car so the women could use the keys to unlock lockers containing gold coins. The men would collect gold bars from the truck while the women collected gold coins. Only one member of each team could be in the car at a time. 2: Blind Date Fear Factor
This was a special blind date episode. Four single men would be introduced to four single women, and the women would get to pick which man they wanted to be paired up with. The four couples would then compete as teams for the $50,000. Stunt #1 (Hanging boat) One partner would be driving a boat across a lake while the other partner would grab a hook hanging from a helicopter and attach it to the boat. The helicopter would then lift the boat out of the water and one person would have to climb onto a cargo net on the underside of the boat, release four flags, and drop into the water. The second partner would then have to do the same. The couple to get the most flags in the fastest time would get to choose which couple would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Crab Dump Escape) Couples would be locked in a large tank filled with 45 degree water and large Dungeness crabs. As more cold water and crabs were pumped into the tank through two pipes, both team members would have to find which of four keys unlocked caps from the floor of the tank and use the caps to plug the pipes. Because of the dangers of hypothermia, there would be a ten-minute time limit for this stunt. The couple to complete this stunt the fastest would win a twelve-day trip for four to Belize. No one would be eliminated in this stunt. Stunt #3 (Ice box) Couples would be in opposite sides of a Plexiglas box, separated by a wall. As the box filled with 2,000 pounds of ice, one partner would have to collect pegs from their side of the box and transfer them to their partner through a hole in the wall. Their partner would then have to put the pegs in a box. After they had transferred all 52 pegs, they would have to pull a lever that would open the bottom of box and drop them into the water below. The bottom would automatically drop out after two minutes if contestants had not completed the stunt. 3: Teams
This episode featured four pairs competing as teams. Stunt #1 (Human cannonball) As a truck drove along a pier with a crane hanging off the side, one team member would hang from the crane and drop into the water when they passed a buoy. They would have to retrieve two flares from the buoy, swim to a platform, and use the flares to light the fuse to giant cannon. Their partner would then be shot out of the cannon and into the water. Once in the water, their partner would swim to a boat, climb aboard, and clip a flag to a flagpole. The team to complete this stunt the fastest would get to choose which team would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Trash Can Scavenger Hunt) Teams would have to dig through two dumpsters to find items including a toaster, a shoe, a gas can, a baseball glove, a hard hat, a tin can, a thermos, and a radio. Another of each item would be hidden among barrels filled with oil, mud, rotten fish parts, and lard. To retrieve the items from the barrels, they would have to unscrew them from the bottom and match them with the corresponding items from the dumpsters. The team to match four items fastest would win a four-day trip to Las Vegas and $20,000. No one would be eliminated in this stunt. Stunt #3 (Pavement drag) Both team members would be hanging on to handlebars attached to a helicopter and be dragged across pavement on their stomachs. Along the way, they would crash through three exploding walls and a wall of barrels before coming up to a finish line. They would have to let go as close to the finish line as possible. The team to get the least combined distance from the finish line would be Fear Factor Champions. 4: Psycho Fear Factor (1)
This episode was part 1 of 3 in a series featuring six couples staying at the Bates Motel from the movie Psycho and competing on the set where the movie was filmed for a grand prize of $250,000. Stunt #1 (Buried alive) This first stunt would take place in front of the infamous Psycho house. Going two couples at a time, the women would be locked in coffins with rats and super worms and be buried under two tons of dirt. The men would have to dig them out using shovels and open the coffins. Once free, the women would have to dig through a pile of dirt and worms to find a key. The three winning couples would automatically advance to the next round and get to vote on which one of the three losing couples would be eliminated. Between stunts, the couples would be staying in the Bates Motel. When they checked in, it was not what they were expecting. Stunt #2 (Snake Water Escape) In the basement of the Psycho house, both members of each couple would be locked in one side of a divided water tank with 100 snakes. Taking turns, they would have to go under the water and use a knife to cut ropes blocking a hole in the wall between the two sides of the tank. Once enough ropes were cut, both people would have to swim through the hole and surface on the other side of the tank to stop the time. The two slowest couples would be up for elimination. The other three couples would get to vote on who was eliminated. Home Invasion Stunt (Bobbing for squid) Competing in week’s Home Invasion would be the Scott family of Orlando, Florida. One family member would have to use their mouth to retrieve five squid from a tank of squid ink and place them in the hands of family members. If they could complete this stunt in one minute, they would win a Capital One credit card worth $5,000.

5: Psycho Fear Factor (2)
This episode was part 2 of 3 in a series featuring six couples staying at the Bates Motel from the movie Psycho and competing on the set where the movie was filmed for a grand prize of $250,000. Stunt #3 (Psycho Shower Rescue) The women would be handcuffed to the showerhead in one of the Bates Motel rooms as blood rained down on them. Outside, the men would have to unscrew an axe from the bottom of an ice chest filled with disgusting slop and use the axe to chop down the door to the room. They would then have to find a key which would be hidden in a vase, a potted plant, a lamp, or a nightstand. Once they had had the key, they would have to chop down the bathroom door and use the key to free their partner from the handcuffs. The couple to complete this stunt fastest would have two options: They could accept a pair of customized bikes from Metropolitan Choppers or be exempt from the next stunt. They would have to give the prize they didn’t choose to another couple. No one would be eliminated in this stunt. Stunt #4 (Street luge flag snag) The men would be lying on a sled being pulled behind a hearse as a semi truck followed behind. The women would be on the back of the hearse and would have to turn a crank to unwind the cable attached to the sled, getting the men closer to the truck. The men would then have to reach up and grab a flag on a pole jutting from the front of the truck. Once they had the flag, the women would have to tow them back in, take the flag, climb over the hearse, and clip the flag to a flagpole on the hood. The couple with the slowest time would be eliminated. Back at the Bates Motel, the remaining couples would be receiving an unpleasant surprise… Home Invasion Stunt (Eat banana slugs) Competing in this Home Invasion would be the Easton family of Queens, New York. 6: Psycho Fear Factor (3)
This episode was part 3 of 3 in a series featuring six couples staying at the Bates Motel from the movie Psycho and competing on the set where the movie was filmed for a grand prize of $250,000. At the end of the last episode, the couples were unpleasantly surprised when thousands of Madagascar hissing cockroaches came crawling out of the holes in the walls. At the beginning of this episode, they were informed that whichever couple could collect the most roaches and keep them alive until morning would win a prize. Stunt #1 (Eat the Camel Spider) Both partners would be bound in straight jackets and have to work together to get free as fast as possible. But first, each person would be given the opportunity to eat two live Iraqi Camel Spiders, each worth 30 seconds off their time, giving each couple the chance to deduct up to two minutes off their time. The couple to take the longest escaping from the straight jackets would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Psycho House explosion) Racing head-to-head, the women would be in an upstairs room of the Psycho House unscrewing caps from sticks of dynamite and tossing them out the window. Meanwhile, the men would be outside assembling detonators. The first man to get his detonator assembled would attach a wire to it and use it blow up the Psycho house and send the women hurtling through the air. The man who got the detonator assembled first would get an additional two sticks of dynamite. The couple who got the most sticks of dynamite out the window (including the two added ones for fastest time) would be Psycho Fear Factor Champions and win $250,000. This episode featured four co-ed pairs competing as teams. Stunt #1 (Helicopter platform transfer) Both team members would have to leap back and forth between two platforms hanging from helicopters, each person transferring up to 10 flags from one platform to the other and then jumping in the water below. The three teams get highest flag total would advance to the next round. The team with the least flags would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Fear Factor Barber Shop) One team member would be seated in a barber chair and their partner would spin them. When the chair stopped, they would have to get whichever haircut their head was pointing to. The options were Mohawk, bald spot, patches, the taco, sideways Mohawk, and bald. Teams would advance to the finals if both members got their designated haircuts. Stunt #3 (Exploding container) As a crane lifted a large container to 200 feet in the air, both team members would have to climb rope ladders hanging from the container. Once they reached the container, they would both have to scale a narrow ledge on the side, collect two Allen wrenches, and climb another ladder to the top. Once on top, they would have to use the wrenches to unscrew hatches and climb down into the container. When they were both inside, they would have to touch two pieces of a livewire together in order to blow themselves out of the container and into the water below. The team to complete this stunt the fastest would be the Fear Factor Champions. Home Invasion Stunt (Stink beetle transfer) Competing in this week’s Home Invasion would be the Kutz family of Memphis, Tennessee. 4: Snake Bite
The four new teams of couples assemble: Joel and Andrea, "party people" who met in Vegas; DJ and Brooklyn, a careful 19-year-old number cruncher and an 18-year-old risk taker; Todd and Carole, a married couple out to prove that 50 is a badge of honor; and Roberto and Tanya, a determined power couple. Their first challenge involves getting catapulted off a building onto a rope net, where they must gather 10 flags a piece as quickly as possible while being rained on the entire time. The team with the worst time is eliminated.

5: Roach Coach
Struggling to keep their wits about them, contestants in this episode have to endure being bound and locked in a cage that is slowly submerged underwater while their teammate has to dive in and struggle to free them before they run out of air. At the aptly named “Fear Factor Food Truck,†teammates are forced to eat a box lunch of live cockroaches and giant grasshoppers, accompanied by a side dish of rat hair chips and a special salsa topped with maggots. In the final stunt, one team member must leap back and forth from a swerving bus to a trailing car driven by his/her partner, in a timed race to retrieve flags the fastest. One team will remain standing and claim the $50,000 cash prize.

6: The Bees Are So Angry -- Part 1
The contestants, which include a couple that just met on Craigslist and a pair of exes hot off their breakup, must complete five stunts for a grand prize of $100,000. In the first stunt, one contestant is tied to the bottom of a flying helicopter while their teammate must cut them loose and try to drop them onto a target below. Another stunt involves thousands of bees – as one teammate must endure being covered in bees, the other teammate must consume 20 live bees. And in another daring feat – contestants are shot through a plate glass window on the 13th floor of an office building.
