1: The Beginning (1)
The exiled warlord Keldor tells his forces that he has created a device that will destroy the Mystic Wall that keeps them out of Randor's kingdom. When they get to the Mystic Wall, they trigger the device, but all it produces is a mere crack in the wall. Keldor's forces are confused, as they assumed that the device would break the wall completely, but Keldor explains that now they know where to strike. Inside the castle walls, Man at Arms receives a telepathic message from the Sorceress that the time has come.

4: The Courage of Adam
On Snake Mountain, Skeletor is thinking of a way to get to He-Man so he can get rid of him. Tri-clops begins to question how he's going to beat him, but then asks how they will find him. Skeletor explains that they will follow He-man's scent. Outside, He-man is battling the minions of Skeletor. Thinking that He-Man is in trouble, Orko trips one of the minions, but gets hit by Tri-clops. He thinks he's dead until Man at Arms explains that they are just holographic robots to hone He-Man's skills. Back at Snake Mountain, Beastman explains that he and his hounds followed the scent to Prince Adam's armband. Skeletor thinks that He-Man can't be traced that way, so he plans to kidnap Adam to lure He-Man to him.

5: Sky War
At Snake Mountain Skeletor learns of the meeting beteen strattos and Buzz-Off at the royal palace. Skeletor has Beastman send one gargoyle to spy on them and then speaks of ambrosia, food in Andrinos that boost a person's power. At the royal palace, Randor offers an alliance between the races to defeat Skeletor. Buzz-Off declines because he feels that they can deflect any attack. After they leave Adam leaves and Teela shows her disgust over his skill of diplomacy. On their way back Buzz-Off and the other andreenids are attacked by a group of Avion warriors. Strattos and his group are also attacked but, by a group of Andreenids. Back at the palace Adam over hears about the attack and decides to investigate. Now, as He-man, he and Battle Cat head toward the Mystic Mountain and they pick up Teela along the way. 15: The Mystery of Anwat Gar
The Sorceress is telling Adam and Man At Arms about a vision she had where Skeletor arises from the Ocean of Gnarl and takes over Eternia. Upon hearing this Adam transforms and he and Man At Arms travel to the Island of Anwat Gar. While traveling there a huge wave knocks Man at Arms off his vehicle and He-man saves him. When they get to the island, a mysterious person is watching from afar. As they look for the stones they enter a hall with stone soldiers with huge shields lining the walls. Upon walking further He-man steps on a pressure sensitive switch and causes all the stone soldiers to be thrust into the middle crushing anything between them. He-man and Man at Arms escape and eventually arrive to a building that looks like a Japanese Temple. Once there they again, are attacked by statues. He-man defeats one by throwing his sword at the statue and then kicking it through his chest. Man At Arms just uses his blaster to turn his statue to rubble. The mysterious person now makes his p

20: Buzz-Off's Pride
In the Royal Garden Orko is inspecting the plant life when Buzz-Off flies by and outside. Curious, Orko pursues Buzz-Off and ends up tagging along. Along the way Buzz-Off reveals that it is time for Andreenos's annual jubilee and that he is getting his queen some honneyberries from the village of Viridas. A trader approaches a bridge outside Viridas but is stopped and turned around by a purple giant name Azdar. Buzz-Off sees this and inquires why the giant did that. Azdar knocks him away like an insect. Azdar is then confronted by a red giant and a green giant. When Buzz-Off recovers he tries to go after Azdar but Orko persuades him to leave since he can't beat three giants by himself. After Buzz-Off leaves, Azdar and the others destroy the bridge. Back at the palace Prince Adam and Cringer are sleeping until Buzz-Off, infuriated, blasts a tree. 23: The Sweet Smell of Victory
Somewhere on Eternia, a little white, furry, creature with yellow cat-like eyes approaches and enters an old building. By talking in third person speech(says his name instead of I or me) he reveals his name to be Odiphus, and that he is there to steal potions. Before he can grab anything, Merman, Triklops, Whiplash, and Trapjaw arrive. Odiphus hides and as he watches, he comments on how he would like to join Skeletor's minions. The Horde makes it's way to a purple container and are confronted by He-man. A battle ensues between the Horde, He-man, Man At Arms, Teela, and Roboto. The battle ends with Roboto damaging the structual integrity and causing the building to collapse. The horde escapes with the container while He-man holds the roof up until his comrads can escape. After everyone leaves, Odiphus emerges from the rubble and makes his way to Snake Mountain. The next day at the palace Man At Arms confronts Roboto about missing role call. At Snake Mountain Two-Badd is eating when they, again, start fighting. Stinkor approaches and questions why they fight. After they explain that they don't like being stuck together, Stinkor sends them to an old friend of his named Vormus. A friend who deals in magic. At the palace Man At Arms and Queen Marlene are playing a game against Teela and Adam with Syclone and Roboto watching. Eventually the parents lose and the kids celebrate. Seeing the two families saddens Syclone by bringing up memories of his family and leaves. Roboto tries to comfort him by telling him that families continue to add members. Syclone decides to search out others of his family. Elsewhere Vormus is reading when he is approached by Two-Badd demanding the Spell of Seperation. Vormus gets the spell tablet and upon reading decides not to sell the tablet. Two-Badd grabs Vormus, who drops the tablet, and insists on taking it. On the floor a piece of the tablet with a picture of Eternia cut in half is on the floor.

An assembly line inside the Royal Palace near Man-At-Arms' is building new scout vehicles. Man-At-Arms catches Ram Man eating and tells him to eat and work at the same time. King Randor comes to check up on the progress with Teela, Adam, and Orko. Randor is still working on his council and Teela tells Randor that Man-At-Armschasn't slept in days since Skeletor's recent victory. Orko is still afraid of dragons after the dragon eggs incident. Meanwhile at Snake Mountain, Skeletor finds out about the council and figures out how to crash the meeting. Beast Man says he has the perfect beast to help them out. He shows them the Serpinataurs [flying serpents that are afraid of dragons]. Skeletor wonders how to get rid of the dragons until Stinkor appears. This gives Skeletor a plan.

At the Royal Palace, Roboto beats Orko at a game of virtual chess due to Orko's lack of strategy. Lord Dactys and his Spelean guards arrive at the Royal Palace to tell King Randor that King Hiss was sighted in their part of Subternia. Prince Adam arrives at Castle Grayskull with Orko. The Sorceress tells Adam that Zodak can't help out this time due to he's in deep meditation. The Sorceress still hasn't recovered from King Hiss venom, but she does have a part of what King Hiss was looking for which involved a big ring and the Sea of Rakash. Prince Adam turns into He-Man while Orko goes to look in the history text for clues and a good strategy. Somewhere underground, King Hiss reads his research to Kobra Khan, Tung Lashor, and SSSQueeze about the Serpent's ring. Back at Castle Grayskull, Orko reads to The Sorceress about the Serpent's Ring and said that it was hidden in the Caverns of Rakash by The Elders right after King Hiss and the Snake Men were sealed away and before Hordak caused

13: Awaken the Serpent
Outside Snake Mountain, King Hiss along with Kobra Khan, General Rattlor, SSSQueeze, and Tung Lashor uses the Medallion of Serpos to release Serpos from his imprisonment as the snakes on Snake Mountain move. Inside, Skeletor orders Evil-Lyn, Tri-Klops, Mer-Man, and Trap-Jaw to head to the lower chambers. Serpos is the 3-headed Snake monster made of rock. As it gets off Snake Mountain, Skeletor vows to kill the one responsible for this. King tells Serpos to head to the Royal Palace. At the Royal Palace, King Randor is teaching Prince Adam how to sharpen swords as his reponsibility when Prince Adam becomes king. The Sorceress contacts Prince Adam saying that a great evil is approaching. Adam uses the excuse saying that he had to feed Cringer as both of them leave to transform into He-Man and Battle-Cat. Minutes later, He-Man, Teela, Man-At-Arms, Fisto, and Mekanek confront Serpos, the final battle is about to begin...
