This is not a season 2 episode of The Bionic Woman. This is 'The Six Million Dollar Man - 4x01 - The Return of Bigfoot (I)' the first episode of a two episode crossover event. The alien race that Steve fought before (in "The Secret of Bigfoot") need supplies of metal and jewels and send their Bigfoot android to steal them from U.S. government depots. Seeing the results of the unseen android's efforts, the authorities conclude Steve is responsible and arrest him. To clear his name, Steve must escape and track down the aliens.

When Michael is severely injured in a crash, Steve must make the same decision about fitting him with bionics that he had to make with Jaime years ago after her accident.

The rescue becomes complicated when the ambassador's wife is trapped in a collapsed building, and they are joined by a local boy whose parents were killed.
