  This is not a season 2 episode of The Bionic Woman. This is 'The Six Million Dollar Man - 4x01 - The Return of Bigfoot (I)' the first episode of a two episode crossover event. The alien race that Steve fought before (in "The Secret of Bigfoot") need supplies of metal and jewels and send their Bigfoot android to steal them from U.S. government depots. Seeing the results of the unseen android's efforts, the authorities conclude Steve is responsible and arrest him. To clear his name, Steve must escape and track down the aliens.

  Jaime lies near death after being attacked by two Fembots. Meanwhile, Steve locates the compound where Oscar is being held and attempts to rescue him.

  Ten years after his retirement from the government, Colonel Steve Austin must again team up with Jaime Sommers to stop a terrorist group. Complicating matters for Austin are his estranged son Michael, who struggles for his father's acceptance as he graduates from flight school, and Jamie, who must cope with her and Steve's past. When Michael is severely injured in a crash, Steve must make the same decision about fitting him with bionics that he had to make with Jaime years ago after her accident.

  Industrialist Carlton Harris has discovered Jaime's bionic powers and arranges several secret "tests" so that he can film her in action. When Oscar realizes what is happening, he arranges a "falling out" with Jaime so that she can go to work for Carlton, who is suspected of selling government secrets. While stealing secrets for Carlton in an effort to gather evidence against him, Jaime befriends the industrialist's son, Donald, a law student who is bothered by his father's illegal activities.

  Jaime is sent to Costa Brava with helicopter pilot Jack Starkey to rescue the American ambassador. Starkey resents Jamie's presence because she is a female, but she soon proves herself to the pilot. The rescue becomes complicated when the ambassador's wife is trapped in a collapsed building, and they are joined by a local boy whose parents were killed.

  Steve Austin becomes a suspect after a series of burglaries that can only be accomplished with bionic strength are committed. As Austin begins to have vague memories of his encounter with Bigfoot, he is approached by Gillian, one of the alien travelers. She explains that one of her own, Nedlick, has formed a splinter group intent on world domination and is now using Sasquash to commit robberies in order to gain wealth.

In syndication and the DVD release, all three installments are part of The Bionic Woman season 2.
